Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends and insights.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
Assist in developing business models, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Support the implementation of new business solutions and systems.
Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
✅ Basic understanding of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship experience in business analysis or a related field is an advantage.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
