What You'll Do…

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements and stakeholder feedback, developing and maintaining system documentation, and working with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that systems are designed and implemented to meet business needs
• Work with IT stakeholders to develop and implement system solutions, including creating use cases, user stories and system specifications. Prepare requirements scope and get it approved
• Follow up and get technical BRD approved as per given timelines and resolve the functional queries raised by Product Manager during Technical BRD preparation
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including flowcharts, data models, and business rules
• Deliver demo to the business users post the development and get the UAT sign off
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to test and validate system solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest business analysis tools and techniques

What You’ll Need…

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on IT projects, preferably in a customer facing role
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as UML, BPMN, and use cases.
• Experience in agile project management (Scrum Certification preferred)
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts
• Excellent use of English language, technical writing, word formatting and documentation skills - Mandatory
• Good verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, along with maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
