Overview

Designation: Business Analyst

What you will do in this role:

· Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analysis of projects to enhance the efficiency of the company's online sales process.

· Requirement Gathering: Identify, analyze, and understand the mobile and web-based needs and requirements of companies.

· Technical Feasibility: Communicate with clients to gather requirements, check technical feasibility, provide technical solutions, and raise queries.

· Project Support: Provide suggestions to the development team during the project development phase to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.

· Scrum Participation: Actively participate in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure project goals are met.

· Documentation: Create and manage documentation such as SOW, SRS, BRD, workflow diagrams, use cases, technical presentations, wireframes/prototypes, and effort estimation sheets.

· Change Management: Manage and address change requests related to project plans to meet agreed deadlines.

· Data Evaluation: Evaluate data collected through task analysis and business process assessments.

· Client Communication: Document analysis results and workflows, obtain client sign-off, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by providing necessary documentation and insights to help convert leads and prospects into clients.

· Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and manage communication to ensure smooth project execution.

· Effort Estimation: Accurately estimate project requirements and timelines.

What qualifications you will need:

· Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analys in custom web Application

· Skills:

o Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

o Proficiency in creating documentation (SOW, SRS, BRD, etc.).

o Familiarity with process analysis and business intelligence.

o Knowledge of mobile and web-based technologies/mean/mern

o Excellent oral and written communication skills.

o Ability to work closely with major stakeholders.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

· Tools: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps ), wireframing tools, and data analysis tools.

· Work Environment: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, participate in Scrum meetings, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
