Overview

Job Description with Specific Responsibilities:

Job Purpose-

Research and source data of engineering companies (domestic and international) to develop a comprehensive database for the sales and business development team

Roles and Responsibilities-

• Source potential companies for joint ventures, M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and related growth opportunities, as per defined criteria
• Utilize various research tools and platforms to gather information, including online databases, industry reports, and social media
• Conduct thorough research on engineering companies to identify key players, industry trends, and market opportunities
• Compile and maintain comprehensive databases, including contact details, company size, services offered, and key decision-makers – for varied geographies and industry sectors
• Prepare company profiles, one-pagers, teasers, short notes, and business case presentations for sales
• Research and analyze the lead / potential partner companies thoroughly, to prepare synergy documents, customer mapping sheets, product-technology notes, and value-creation documents
• Collaborate internally and support sales calling / email campaigns, by providing accurate client lists, targeted pitches and market insights
• Analyze and evaluate the compiled data for accuracy and relevance, ensuring the database is up-to-date and reliable
• Participate in teleconferences and meetings with forum companies (INDIA, EUROPE & US) at all stages, from deal origination to deal closure, and assist in relevant follow-up of action items

Desired Candidate-

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. MBA-Sales/International Business will be an added advantage

2. Experience: 2-5 years’ in B2B International Sales/Business Development or Sourcing

3. Critical work skills-

· Excellent English communication and collaboration skills

· Proficiency in data management and research tools

· Adept in MS-PowerPoint and Excel

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
