We are a well-established company in IT Industry, urgently looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a local candidate from Dewas, with strong communication skills in English, to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to create actionable plans.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and operations, to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications.
• Support ongoing projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and optimize business processes for better efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Local candidates from Dewas preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Knowledge or interest in business analysis frameworks and tools.
• Any relevant internships or academic projects will be considered a plus.
