Job Title : Business Analyst

Location : Baner, Pune

Experience : Business Analyst having minimum 4-6 years of experience in Banking application.

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any Stream

Compensation : 8 - 12 LPA

Domain - Banking and Finance

Required Skills: 1. Requirement Analysis, Business Process Design, Good written and verbal communication

2. · Should have a Knowledge of BRD and FRD.

Experience:

4–6 years of total relevant experience, preferably with an IT company with

Banking Domain (Preferably in Remittances).

• CBAP™ certification will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Elicit business requirementsSkills Requirement Analysis, Business Process Design, Good written and verbal

communication

2. Prepare FSD / Approach document.

3. Prepare prototype / wireframe / process flows

4. Finalize scope of the application

5. Provide KT to development / testing team

6. Help project manager for efforts estimation

7. Functional review / User acceptance testing

8. Product demo

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

• Banking Domain: 5 years (Required)
• Remittance knowledge: 5 years (Required)
• Business analysis: 4 years (Required)
• Knowledge of BRD and FRD: 5 years (Required)
