Business Analyst

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of blockchain and cryptocurrency projects, with a focus on stablecoins.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for blockchain-based solutions.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates in the crypto space.
• Develop comprehensive reports, whitepapers, and presentations on blockchain use cases and stablecoin economics.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to optimize blockchain-based products.
• Perform risk assessments and feasibility studies for crypto-related business initiatives.
• Design tokenomics models, financial projections, and business strategies for blockchain applications.
• Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence in crypto projects.
• Utilize blockchain analytics tools to monitor on-chain activity and assess project performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing stablecoin adoption, liquidity, and security.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business analysis within blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, stablecoin mechanisms, DeFi, and token omics.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and crypto trading platforms.
• Ability to create detailed reports, business models, and financial analysis for crypto projects.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills to convey complex blockchain concepts clearly.
• Experience with blockchain analytics platforms, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
