Job Title: Business Analyst

Working Hours: UK Business Hours

Note: We are looking for experienced candidates with prior experience working for UK companies and handling UK clients.

Job Purpose:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed business process models and workflows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to implement solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decision-making.
• Translate complex business problems into clear and concise functional requirements.
• Assist in the development of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UK-based clients, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a UK-based company.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in process improvement, data analysis, and business modeling.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Prior experience handling UK clients and working within UK business regulations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹85,000.00 per month
