Overview
A Business Analyst with lead generation and marketing skills plays a key role in driving business growth by analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and optimizing marketing strategies. This hybrid role requires a mix of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Business Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for expansion.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize CRM tools and databases to track leads and conversion rates.
- Optimize lead generation channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Work with the marketing team to create data-driven campaigns.
- Develop content strategies that align with customer pain points and business goals.
- Use SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to refine the customer acquisition process.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance product positioning.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to measure marketing and sales performance.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Business Analysis: Data interpretation, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Lead Generation: CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), email automation, LinkedIn prospecting.
- Marketing Analytics: Google Analytics, social media insights, A/B testing.
- SEO & Digital Marketing: PPC campaigns, content marketing, and inbound strategies.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies.
- Project Management: Agile methodologies, collaboration tools (Trello, Asana, Jira).
