Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions for operational improvements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, identify business needs, and translate them into actionable insights for decision-making and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and business models
• Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, management, and development teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and project updates
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement business solutions
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and operational needs
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus
• Ability to document workflows, use cases, and process diagrams
• Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per month
