Business Analyst

Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support decision-making to enhance business efficiency and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience looking to build a career in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying business needs and propose solutions to improve processes.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and resolving issues.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.
• Maintain and update process documentation and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (preferred).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to accuracy.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teams across various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship experience or academic projects related to business analysis.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
