Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize new business areas that align with HealthSy’s strategic goals.
- Evaluate and recommend key growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, demand forecasts, and the healthcare industry landscape.
2. Task Allocation and Onboarding Coordination:
- Create and assign onboarding tasks based on demand and identified opportunities to the Business Development team, ensuring clarity and efficiency in execution.
- Work closely with team members to support the onboarding process and monitor the progress of key business initiatives.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Identify new markets for HealthSy’s diverse range of services by analyzing demographics, healthcare needs, and trends within various regions.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, to help refine HealthSy’s competitive strategy and market positioning.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Gather and analyze business data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on market potential, competitor landscape, and business growth opportunities to senior leadership.
5. Collaboration with Business Development Team:
- Partner with the Business Development team to create tailored strategies for market entry, expansion, and scaling.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact to ensure alignment between market insights and business development goals.
6. Project Management and Documentation:
- Manage multiple business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Document and maintain a knowledge base of research findings, methodologies, and business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and familiarity with healthcare industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
