
Overview
1. Communicate with business stakeholders to learn about their needs. Gather and analyze data from sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.
2. Provide specifications covering functional and non-functional requirements for new systems and system upgrades.
3. Elicit and document requirements around business requirements and challenges to produce data-driven solutions in Salesforce cloud, UM Pega, IVR- Genesys, TCS.
4. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications into BRD and JIRA user stories.
5. Collaborate to design solutions that meet requirements. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
6. Conduct backlog grooming, refining user stories, and collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize features, ultimately contributing to the development team's understanding of the business needs and delivering valuable product increments throughout the sprint cycle.
7. Develop and customize process workflows in Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart and Gliffy to create new software programs for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
8. Collaborate with developers and architects on architectural design in alignment with project scope.
