Business Analyst

Overview

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Formulate structured customer requirement questions to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and manage contracts related to business requirements and project scope.
• Assist in workflow analysis, process mapping, and identifying areas for optimization.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and other automation tools to enhance documentation, research, and analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any educational background is acceptable. Strong business understanding is a must.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Expertise in drafting BRD, FRD, contracts, and business process documents.

• AI & Automation: Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI-driven tools for improving efficiency and analysis.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate between business users, development teams, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Prior experience in a software/IT company.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
