Business Analyst

Overview

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst (BA) - Fresher to join our team. This role will involve gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of strategic solutions to improve business operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and propose improvements.
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for data insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
• Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and track project progress.
• Help in testing and validating system functionalities to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support in process automation and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or data visualization tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
