Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their Buying needs, goals, and objectives.
Analyze existing buying processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Identify and document business rules, workflows, and dependencies within the procurement function.
Procurement Process Optimization:
Analyze and evaluate the end-to-end procurement process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks.
Propose and design optimized procurement processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and maintain procurement-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvement.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate procurement performance and management insights.
Develop and maintain procurement-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Technology and Systems:
Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement procurement-related technology solutions, such
as e-procurement systems or supplier portals.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system enhancements or modifications.
Support end-users in utilizing procurement systems effectively and efficiently.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to align procurement activities with business goals and strategies.
Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of products.
Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide proactive support and guidance.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
(MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in procurement or supply
chain management within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization
software.
Familiarity with procurement software systems or e-procurement platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all
levels.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in work deliverables.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
