Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst at Utkarsh, you will be a vital member of the central operations team in our Jodhpur office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, conduct in-depth data analysis, and generate insightful reports. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical metrics.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Work on data cleansing, validation, and maintenance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the Edtech or technology industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Edtech platforms and the education industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
