Business Analyst

Overview

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and open DEMAT accounts.

- Explain the benefits and features of DEMAT accounts clearly and convincingly.

- Follow up with interested clients and ensure timely completion of account opening processes.

- Maintain and update customer information in the database accurately.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

- Basic knowledge of financial products, especially DEMAT accounts, is preferred.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English.

- Minimum 6 months of experience is welcome, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
