Overview
Looking for the "Business Analysts "
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and wireframes to communicate business needs.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between business teams and technical teams.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions before deployment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to leadership.
- Assist in change management and training initiatives for new system implementations.
- Need to have some support sales Experience .
Experience : 1-1.5 Years .
