We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in bridging client requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Define user stories, wireframes, and workflows for development teams, ensuring efficient execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research to propose innovative digital solutions.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and ensure quality standards before deployment.
• Support Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating smooth project execution and delivery.
• Utilize project management tools, preferably Zoho Sprints, to track progress and optimize workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, software development, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation (BRD, FRD), and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools, workflow design, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management software (Zoho Sprints preferred).
• Knowledge of software development processes and UX principles.
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitors to provide data-driven insights.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
