Business Analyst

WebCodeGenie Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Analyst with over 2 to 3 years of proven experience in documenting the project, understanding the client's requirements and helping the sales team to convert the project. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in preparing SWS, Functional Documents and Case Studies. The candidate must be self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.

Experience in the IT industry or related fields.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document and analyse business needs to develop detailed feature lists.
• Work with the sales team to provide detailed feature lists for estimation.
• Documentation & Process Mapping
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Document process workflows, wireframes, and use cases to facilitate development.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
• Participate in client meetings (if required) to clarify requirements.
