Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Documentation, and analyze business requirements from Clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs.

· Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

· Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

· Design and propose optimized processes that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

· Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Clients, ensuring a common understanding of requirements and project progress.

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

· Participate in testing efforts by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and supporting quality assurance activities.

· Provide end-user training and support during the implementation of new processes or systems.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's domain.

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by collecting feedback and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.

Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
