Overview

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation (BRD, FRD).
• Process Mapping & Improvement (BPMN, flowcharts).
• Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Stakeholder Management & Communication (written and verbal).
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking.
• Technical Tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
• Certifications (CBAP, Agile, PMP preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Industry-specific knowledge may be beneficial (finance, healthcare, etc.).
