Requirements And Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on gathering requirements and improving business processes.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and a basic understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements to support decision-making and project execution.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, along with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and grow within a team environment, with a passion for business process improvements and emerging industry trends.
