Key Requirements
- Education/Experience:
- Must have either a background in software engineering or an MBA degree.
- Must have worked in a software development company for at least 2 years.
- Industry Experience:
- Must have experience working with customers from outside India.
- Must have worked exclusively in a project-based company.
- Skills:
- Strong management skills.
- Ability to read and analyze project requirements.
- Proficient in creating software requirement documents and diagrams.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a similar role within the consulting industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and software.
