Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our talented team. As a Business Analyst at LBM Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements and transforming them into actionable product features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Assist in the product development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support testing and ensure the product meets business objectives.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or CRM products.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-based IT company.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and SDLC.
• Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹202,599.70 - ₹841,596.75 per year
