Job Purpose
- Expert Analytics & Review information system with focus on productivity, effectiveness, performance (including Go Aptiv, expansion)
- Analytics integration for holistic performance review for ILT – Marketing, Sales & Expert
- Developing a mechanism to capture HCP insights effectively & channel that for better content, claims & execution
Key responsibilities
- Integrate organization wide analytics for holistic understanding of business performance
- Get deep understanding of expert performance & analytics
Qualifications and skills
- 3- 5 years of experience in data analytics & business insights with proven track record of building robust review mechanisms
- Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands.
