Job Title: Business Analyst

Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on industry experience to join our team. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless user interfaces and effective data/process migration. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in documenting processes, collaborating with developers, and finalizing mapping documents to drive our data solutions forward.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Document processes in Jira, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness for all stakeholders.
• Develop and articulate mapping documents, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to finalize mapping documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Design and execute test cases to validate data/process migration projects, ensuring successful implementation.
• Serve as the Production Lead for Data Solutions, overseeing the execution of data development and mapping from point A to B.
• Continuously adapt and learn best practices to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on user interfaces and data/process migration.
• Demonstrated experience in data development and data mapping.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Must-Haves:

• Strong data background with experience in both data and business sides.
• Proficiency in Jira for process documentation and test case management.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of SQL; expertise is a strong asset.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

Tools and Technologies:

• Jira: Essential for documenting processes and managing test cases.
• SQL: Required for data analysis and development tasks.
• Data Mapping Tools: Experience in using tools for mapping data from point A to B.
• Office Suite: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or equivalent tools for documentation and presentation.
