Business Analyst

Overview

Gleam Innovations is looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. This role will involve collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize processes and support business growth.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Work Experience: Minimum three (3) years of work experience is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

• Create functional and non-functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases.

✅ Process Optimization & Documentation:

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

• Develop process flow diagrams, SOPs, and wireframes.

• Support business teams in automating manual tasks.

✅ Collaboration & Communication:

• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

• Work with developers to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

✅ Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor offerings.

• Provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.

✅ Sales & Marketing Support:

• Help in defining target customer personas and sales strategies.

• Assist in lead generation, CRM management, and sales process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes, process flows, and reports.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Good to have:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or operations-related projects.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data analysis tools.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic wire framing tools (Figma).
