Job Description
This is a remote position.
Overview
- 5 + yrs as Business Analyst in any Xcenters.
- Work closely with Exavalu onsite consulting team to deliver advisory projects for Insurance customers
- Lead requirement management work from offshore – working with Exavalu client business counterparts to understand and document requirements, clarify business requirements with customer’s SMEs and work with the Exavalu development team to deliver the desired outcome
- Conduct enablement sessions on various domain related topics for the team Contribute to writing white papers and blogs on Insurance related subjects
- Collaborate with larger Insurance teams in Exavalu and create knowledge artefacts on functional topics Lead business/consulting discussion with customer’s stake holders.
Requirements
Requirements Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge with in-depth knowledge in one or more of Insurance domain like Life/P&C/Group
- Experience working with client business team as requirement lead
- Strong communication and consulting skills Ability to collaborate with multiple teams
- Strong documentation expertise
- Strong presentation skill Experience working in Agile environment.
