Business Analyst:
The candidate is required to have a strong understanding of technical workflows, digital transformation, and stakeholder management. This role requires collaboration with researchers, technical teams, and government departments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation, government services, or IT-enabled process reforms.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and requirement gathering.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital onboarding platforms, APIs, and system integrations is a plus.
- Understanding of government processes and regulatory frameworks is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
