What You’ll Be Doing…
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.
Conduct gap analysis, identify business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Work closely with the QA team to validate solutions against requirements.
Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discussions to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.
What We Require…
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar documentation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.
Strong understanding of SDLC, UX principles, and business process modeling.

You Stand Out If You Have:
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech domains.
Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
Experience working in a client-facing role
Familiarity with API documentation and integrations.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus
