JOB SPECIFICATION JOB TITLE: Business Analyst REPORTING TO: Head of Finance PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This profile will provide accurate and data-based information on companys profitability and stability. The role will help research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports and monitor financial movements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage monthly forecasting, Annual budgeting activity. Manage monthly MIS reporting. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with other members of the finance & logistics team to review financial information and forecasts. Analyse current and past financial data and performance. Analyse product and service profitability. Prepare reports and projections based on analysis. Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations. Data Management pertaining to Service calls and escalations. Evaluate current capital expenditures and depreciation. Explore investment opportunities and ROI analysis. Establish and evaluate profit plans. Robust Reporting: MIS, Internal, global and clients reports/presentations. Provide support in ERP implementation KEY INTERFACES Logical and critical thinking Foundational accounting skills GGS Central office EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING MBA finance/Specialized in Financial Analysis with min 3 years of relevant experience. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have good analytical skills. Strong understanding of strategic business processes Financial modeling expertise is a must. Self-motivated and responsible, with keen attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication / coordination skills Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including Macros, PowerQuery Data visualization & transformation skills, PowerBI knowledge ERP Knowledge and implementation experience
