Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eliciting requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities:

• Agile Practices:
• Utilize Agile methodology to manage scrum calls, prioritize backlogs, and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in alignment with business objectives.
• Requirement Elicitation:
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements and document them using epics, stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Documentation Standards:
• Develop and maintain use cases, process flows, and ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards.
• Backlog Management:
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the Product Owner, defining value and priority for upcoming sprints.
• Ensure user stories are unambiguous, complete, consistent, deterministic, and testable.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, and Technical Teams to elaborate user stories, including business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure user stories are “Ready” for upcoming sprints and align with the team’s Definition of Ready.
• Work closely with QA teams to develop and execute test plans for comprehensive functionality coverage.
• Process Optimization:
• Establish and maintain a requirements management strategy that outlines the elicitation process, documentation standards, tools, meeting cadence, backlog grooming process, and communication strategies.
• Change Management:
• Analyze new requests from stakeholders to determine their nature (defect, new story, modification, etc.) and update the backlog accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, including writing user stories, conducting scrum calls, and backlog prioritization.
• Proficiency in creating epics, user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with QA teams to define and execute test plans.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools and Agile project management tools is a plus.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
