Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to provide actionable insights and guide data-driven decisions.
• Build robust analytical frameworks and tools to solve complex problems with a structured approach.
• Design and own dashboards, metrics, and reporting systems to drive visibility across teams.
• Develop data solutions that enable decision-making through deep partnerships with the data engineering team.
• Work on high-impact projects ranging from user behavior analysis to marketing performance and product strategy.
• Take end-to-end ownership of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Constantly strive to improve in-house data capabilities through automation, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

• 1-4 years experience in a rigorous analytics environment with a proven track record of driving impact and a solid understanding of analytics fundamentals through hands-on work.
• BTech from top-tier institutes (IITs, NITs, BITs or any equivalent top-tier institution).
• Strong analytical mindset with a knack for first-principle problem-solving and ease in working with data.
• Comfortable in complex data transformations, Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to self-manage priorities and deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A track record of innovation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement in analytics.
