Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potential clients and our technical teams. As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth requirements analysis, gaining a thorough understanding of project needs, and meticulously documenting processes. Your primary focus will be on pre-sales activities, including requirement elicitation, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring alignment between client requirements and our technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to engage potential clients, understand their business requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that align with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, and other pre-sales collateral.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and contribute to creating compelling proposals
• Work closely with clients and US team to gather, analyze, and document requirements for mid-scale and large-scale projects
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), feature listings, Statements of Work (SOW), and flow diagrams
• Utilize wireframing tools and project management tools to streamline the development process

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the web design and development industry, specifically with WordPress, Shopify, and e-commerce projects
• Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for small-scale, mid-scale, and large-scale projects
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients
• Proficiency in wireframing tools and project management tools.
• A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
