Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our team by analyzing client requirements and creating tailored business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in pre-sales or business analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and translate them into innovative and feasible IT solutions. Develop high-level solution architectures, workflows, wireframes, BRD, FRD, WBS, use cases and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with the team members to create proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our solutions and address client requirements effectively.

• Perform risk assessment and identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.

Who Are You

• Proven experience in a presales or business analyst role within the IT industry.

• Hands-on experience with Tools such as Jira, Trello, or any other project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

• Experience of a minimum 3-5 years in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and IT requirements.
