Overview
Project Acquisition and Business Development:
? Identify and source new business opportunities for the T Parking App.
? Network and engage with potential clients in the parking and smart city domain to generate leads and project opportunities.
? Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government bodies, real estate developers, and private sector partners.
? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into profitable business engagements.
2. Vendor Management and Negotiation:
? Establish and manage relationships with potential vendors for the T Parking App development and integration (e.g., parking sensors, payment gateways, cloud services).
? Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, SLAs, and contracts with vendors and service providers.
? Ensure vendor deliverables align with project timelines and quality expectations.
? Regularly review vendor performance and address any issues that may arise.
3. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
? Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to gather and analyze business requirements for the T Parking project.
? Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications that align with the project scope.
? Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of the requirements and communicate any technical constraints to clients.
4. Project Planning and Execution:
? Support the project management team in creating detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
? Help ensure the successful execution of the T Parking App project, from the initial stages to deployment.
? Oversee project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and that projects remain within scope and budget.
5. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
? Act as the primary point of contact between clients and vendors, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
? Maintain continuous communication with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback to improve project delivery.
6. Risk Management:
? Proactively identify project risks and issues, particularly related to vendor delays, budget overruns, or scope changes.
? Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure smooth project execution.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
? Prepare regular reports and status updates for senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
? Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, requirements, and meeting notes, are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
