Job Description

TITLE: Business Analyst

DEPARTMENT: PMO

LOCATION: Mohali, India

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2 – 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and development teams by understanding business needs and translating them into
actionable requirements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Analysis:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.

Post-Sales Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.

Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase.

Prepare essential documentation, including BRD, FRD, and wireframes.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations.

Required Skill Set and Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.

Understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.

Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
