About us: We are a rural health-tech company which prebooks “in-clinic” & “digital” appointments of rural patients with “nearby qualified” doctors, hospitals and diagnostics from the village. This saves travel, connects to all follow up actions, manages health records and all this at a preferred fee by using MedoPlus App. All internet and smartphone users can avail services by directly using the MedoPlus website or App. We are committed to providing healthcare facilities to non-internet users through our dedicated team of MedoMITR who hail from the same villages. People can use assistance of MedoMITR in booking all types of appointments and all follow-up actions related to healthcare journey. We conduct multiple health-camps in villages to provide easy healthcare access to villagers.
Job Brief: This role plays a critical part in the efficient functioning of the company's information systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability to support business operations. To work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and improve data management processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain the organization's Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for decision-making processes.
2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data management needs and provide guidance and support in establishing efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
3. Monitor and analyze the performance of the field team.
4. Train and support end-users in utilizing the MIS effectively, providing guidance on data entry, extraction, and interpretation.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MIS technology to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
6. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to manage system integrations and data interfaces with other business applications.
7. Maintain partner wise records of goods ordered, received and dispatched.
8. Coordinates with field team to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
9. Ensures quality of procured items and addresses problems when they arise.
10. Works directly with business department to determine most cost-effective distribution solution for goods and marketing material transportation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Management Information Systems, preferably in a supervisory role.
· Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
· Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
· Able to work independently and within a team
· Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
· Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
