Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to our clients. You will bridge the gap between our data capabilities and the client's strategic goals, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to gather and understand business requirements from clients.
• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights that help clients achieve their objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time data visualization.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to add value through insights.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by identifying trends and patterns in client data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
