Job Description
1. Solution Support & Implementation:
o Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements under the guidance of Project Leads and
Senior BAs.
o Support solution implementation by following defined processes and instructions from senior team
members.
2. Ticket Handling & Resolution:
o Handle and resolve tickets related to business analysis tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
o Track and report ticket progress to Project Leads and Managers.
3. Client Support:
o Provide support to clients by answering queries, assisting with business processes, and ensuring client
satisfaction.
o Work with the client to ensure their requirements are accurately documented and understood.
4. Self-Learning:
o Take initiative in self-learning, especially regarding Zoho Applications, to enhance knowledge and
skills.
o Participate in training and development opportunities as recommended by Project Leads and
Managers.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
o Reach out to Senior BAs or Project Leads for clarification and guidance on tasks and requirements.
o Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Alignment with Organizational Mission:
o Actively support and align work with the organization’s mission and vision, contributing to overall
success.
Expected Skills:
Strong analytical skills, Familiarity with business analysis concepts, Basic understanding of Zoho
Applications, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance, Self-motivated and proactive in learning, Ticketing system management, Client
support and relationship management, Attention to detail, Time management and prioritization, Team collaboration and coordination, Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, Problem-solving skills, Ability to work with minimal supervision, Strong alignment with organizational goals and values.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
