Business Analyst- SAP Successfactor

Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions while leveraging ABAP for custom developments and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Develop and enhance SAP SuccessFactors functionalities using ABAP programming.
• Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other modules.
• Design and implement custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party applications.
• Provide technical documentation and end-user training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming with a focus on SuccessFactors integration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.
• Experience in RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹399,434.87 - ₹1,211,377.49 per year
