Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between our customers, the product team, and the technology team. You will play a key role in understanding customer business processes, identifying challenges, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Understanding
- Engage with customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed discussions with stakeholders to identify challenges and areas of improvement.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration.
2. Requirement Analysis and Solutioning
- Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions to address their challenges.
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the product roadmap.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to suggest product enhancements.
3. Documentation and Communication
- Prepare clear and detailed requirement documents, workflows, and user stories to communicate customer needs to the technology team.
- Create functional specifications, use case diagrams, and process flow charts as required.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
4. Change Request Management
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to evaluate change requests and assess their impact.
- Work with the technology team to prioritize and implement changes effectively.
- Communicate timelines and progress updates to customers and ensure smooth implementation.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between customers, the product team, and developers to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Participate in product meetings to share customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support the product team in testing and validating new features to ensure they meet customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Business or Technology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with strong academic performance or certifications in business analysis, product management, or related areas are welcome to apply.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to create clear, structured, and concise documentation.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows across industries.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts and product functionalities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SaaS products or enterprise software is a plus.
- Exposure to basic database concepts or technical knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to create visual documentation (e.g., process diagrams using tools like Lucidchart or Visio).
- Experience in change management or requirement gathering is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
