Senior Business Analyst:

Position Summary
A Business Analyst in IT is responsible for analysing the business processes within an organization and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure that IT projects meet the business requirements and goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
2. Process Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement strategies for improving business processes.
Use data analysis and modeling tools to create process flows and diagrams.
3. Solution Design
Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop technology solutions.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Create detailed specifications and use cases for new systems and features.
4. Project Management Support
Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Identify and resolve issues and defects during the testing phase.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
6.Documentation and Training
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
7. Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques . Experience with requirements management and documentation tools. Knowledge of database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience:
Previous experience in a business analyst role, preferably in an growing organisation & IT environment.
Experience in project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable.
4+ years of Experience needed

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
