Overview

Acting as a Product Owner for identified modules in projects Analysing business processes and data, understanding user requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and documenting the same Detailed documentation of requirements and suggested solutions Providing operational support for issues in Policy Issuance Evaluation of implication of suggested changes Aligning the requirements with the IT solutions Project implementation, System configuration, review and Testing Analysing data models to deliver logical conclusions on how the organization can operate more effectively Ongoing research and staying up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to modernize systems

BE + MBA - Licentiate Certification from III or likewise

4-5 years of work experience in the General Insurance Industry in the Motor Insurance vertical • Worked on / has detailed knowledge of one or two of the aspects: Policy Issuance & Servicing • 2-3 years experience in IT • Exposure to Agile methodologies • Tech Exposure: Exposure to Cloud / Web / Mobility applications
