Responsibilities & Duties:

• Communication Skills: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
• Technology Understanding: Utilize knowledge of web and mobile app development technologies to support project proposals, requirements gathering, and project planning.
• Proposal Writing: Draft and write detailed proposals for client projects, aligning with both client requirements and company capabilities.
• Client Requirement Analysis: Analyze and document client requirements for new projects, ensuring clarity in scope and deliverables.
• Sales and Negotiation: Assist with sales initiation, client negotiations, and managing proposals to close deals successfully.
• Lead Generation: Identify and create new business leads to generate growth opportunities for the company.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and project management, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• Freelancing Tools: Utilize freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others to source opportunities and maintain a network of freelance professionals for potential projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in the web and mobile app development industry.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app technologies (such as frontend/backend development, frameworks, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in drafting proposals and engaging with clients.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to synthesize information and make strategic decisions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
