- Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across business
- Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget
- Work with markets/regions to understand regulatory, customer and competitive landscape
- Supporting in the control of projects to meet exacting timescales
- Support the development of control structures and performance scorecards to ensure project milestones
- Experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives & re-engineering
- Experience in planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively
- Product knowledge in distribution instruments
- Strong analytical background with a high degree of attention
