• :Strong experience in Treasury functions, including Treasury Clearing, Collateral Management, Liquidity Management, Corporate Funding, Credit Repo, Credit Prime Brokerage, and Financing Operations
• .Experience with Credit Mainframe decommissioning or similar legacy system transitions
• .Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing projects within the financial services industry
• .Methodologies: Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• .Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively
• .Technical Skills: Understanding of financial systems and relevant tools; experience with Treasury or risk management systems is a plus
• .Certifications: Relevant certifications like Business Analysis (CBAP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are desirable
