Business Analyst - Travel Portal

Overview

• API & Third-Party Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate the integration of third-party applications with the company’s platform.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with the App Developer Team to analyze, test, and implement third-party integrations.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot script errors and integration issues affecting platform performance.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Define business requirements for integrations and document workflows for API implementations.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Ensure that integrated applications function correctly and comply with business needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth implementation.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency.

candidate with domain knowledge of TRAVEL who have worked with Travel portals like - Make My Trip, TBO, Trip Jack, Akbar Online, Riya, Ease My Trip, Expedia, Clear Trip, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
